Lepat Pisang

Lepat Pisang

Bahan
2 cawan pisang emas/berangan/montel lecek
1 cawan tepung gandum
2 s/b tepung susu
2 s/b gula
garam
daun pisang [layukan daun dan potong saiz 6 inci X 6 inci]

Cara
1. Gaulkan semua bahan supaya sebati.
2. Letakkan dalam sesudu diatas daun pisang. Lipatkan.
3. Kukuskan selama 15 minit.
4. Sejukkan dan hidangkan
